We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, WalkCanes may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unforeseen events

WalkCanes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@walkcanes.shop.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist you.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. WalkCanes cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
