30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused or only lightly used.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original accessories and original packaging.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or a full refund when appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The exact processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the same item, subject to product availability.

For all other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item sent by WalkCanes

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure described in this policy.
